3 Day Rush Production Time is: defined as 3 working days.

9-30-08: all products are shipped via UPS ground
unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping prices are not
included with item prices. Shipping will be charged accordingly.
Most packages ship from $9.95 to $19.95 depending on where in the USA
they are shipping to. Extra heavy boxes, or oversized boxes will be
charged dimensional weight rates as per the carrier. All express
shipments will be charged accordingly. International orders are shipped
via the United States Postal Service. We do offer shipping to US
military bases globally. 3rd Party Shipping is not always available. If

Proofs: Proofs are not done on every order. They
will be provided only when required by us, or when requested by the
client. Usually proofs are done free of charge. On some items with
complicated art setups there may be a custom proof charge. Excessive
revisions may be subject to an art charge.
Proof Approval: Be very careful when reviewing
proofs. Once you have given approval of a proof, it is not negotiable,
you are then 100% liable for any expense involved with a misprinted
order. We are in no way responsible for mis-approved artwork.
Custom Art: Custom Artwork is provided at $50 an
hour.
Transfer of Owner Ship: Once the package is
delivered to your location and released by the carrier, you assume 100%
responsibility for the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost,
damaged, abandoned, or stolen goods. Any claim will have to be made with
the shipping carrier.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds: All returns are subject to a 20%
order cancellation charge plus the cost of ALL Billable labor.
Unless the product is deemed
defective by the factory, ABSOLUTELY NO
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR: any kind of setup charge, including:
multi color print charges, printing plate charges, custom mold or die
charges, silk screen setup charges;
No refunds can be issued for any kind of rush printing charges; No
refunds will be issued for any kind of express or regular shipping
charges, unless the shipping carrier itself failed to perform in accord
with their own delivery policies. Another words, if UPS won't refund
your shipping charges because your failure to perform, or your act of
omission, or if you have provided us with incorrect delivery address
information, do not expect us to provide it for you.
